Our Service call charge is $75 call out fee (within Melbourne metro area) which includes 15 minutes onsite. After the first 15 minutes we charge $75 dollars an hour. All our service technicians have electrical licences and some have gas licences as well. All parts used are guaranteed by the manufacturer's warranty and we offer a workmanship and labour warranty of 5 years with all work carried out.
