We aim to troubleshoot your problems via email or over the phone first so we can pin point your problem before we even attempt the onsite service. This way we are almost guaranteed to bring the right parts to fix your problem there and then. So the more information you provide us the more accurately we can pin point your problem before we come onsite and save you further call out fees.

Some of our technicians have extensive knowledge in spa manufacturing. They have been involved in the design, research/development, service, plumbing, testing, writing instruction manuals and selling for a few of Australias bigger spa companies. This includes Hibiscus Spas, Maax Spa, Lanark Spas and Monarch Spas. So I guess you could say that we know our stuff!
