Brand New Maax Swim Spa System
The Maax Swim Spa in the picture on the right hand side was installed by our team with performance and efficiency in mind. It has a total of Four water pumps, One 1/4Hp circulation pump and three 3Hp Boost pumps, One blower, Two lights, Two Mazzi injected ozonators, a floating remote control and a Gecko Backlit Digital Control Pad. The control panel system is normally only used on portable above ground spas, by manufacturers such as Lanark Spas, Maax Spas, Sapphire Spas and Heritage Spas. It is heated by a 250 megajule gas heater. It has 3 powerfull swim jets at one end which, individualy can be diverted to other jet seats.

Existing Spa System 1
The next shown spa custom system was designed using an existing spa that some of the equipment was unrepairable and needed. We came and found that an ozonated modern digital system, with filter cycles, Corona discharge ozone and demand heating would get this Dinosaur back to modern day effieciency and use, utilising what we could of the working equiptment

The original equipment was left in place and a start of the art Gecko control system was installed and converted to run all the existing components, via a digital touch pad that was attached to the top of the spa shell, where you hop in. The new touch pad is located at the top of the following picture on the lip of the spa.

The Next Custom installation is a Maax Portable spa, situated in a Gazebo house, converted to an efficient gas heated system complete with a Hurlcon 125mj Gas Heater.

The Original control system was left in place on the pressure pipeline which was tapped into and connected through the full flow Hurlcon gas heater. Now adjusting the temperature upwards means instant results, and the spa heats from 20degressC to 38degressC in 38minutes!! Compared to 8.5 hours with the electric heater. For their own piece of mind the cost of gas to their house is 5 times cheaper than electricity.

So in summary, this couple and many more like them, are enjoying extremely fast heat up times, at minimal running costs, and are still enjoying all the electronic digital features of the original spa touch pad, without the annoying cooling down over time, and long waiting for heat up time. Roman Style Marble Spa Bath

Unfortunately, the pictures do not do this architect's own design justice. This system was designed by an architect for his own private residence. It took a lot of careful plumbing work to ensure that all the lines were self draining back through pump and out the suctions. This was basically made the same way as a concrete spa, with the conctrete steel built around the piping before it was poured. The pump is located in the walk in robe underneath a set of draws and under a trap door in the floor. The jets that are used in this are normally found in a spa pool, and not a lot of people know or have seen what can be achieved with some of the latest products on the market today.
